摘要
Flue gas sensors which can be used for combustion optimising are mostly based on the well known lambda-probe made of ZrO2. A similar kind of sensor is used overall in car engines. For a couple of reasons they cannot be used in other combustion processes like in gas condensing boilers or other small heating appliances. These applications can be opened by a new development which is based on the semiconducting metal oxide Ga2O3 (gallium oxide).
