摘要
The research situation of the intelligent error diagnosis and the drawbacks of main methods in intelligent error diagnosis are analysed in this paper. The error sources come mainly from lathe, cutter, jig and work pieces. The novelty expert system could diagnose error sources in this paper. Based on analyzing errors produced in machining, the paper measure and find out several errors exceeding standard and confirm possible error sources tentatively according to these errors, then, approach and eliminating possible error sources, examine other error sources to check whether errors exist, eliminating and verify further to the error sources, circulate in this term, finally, verify it, the cause of machining errors can be gained.
