摘要
Issues of the development of problem-oriented intelligence training systems for e-learning of management and production personnel of innovative enterprises are reviewed. Training complexes are designed to develop competency learning outcomes of educational training programs according to professional standards, labor functions performed and job descriptions of staff. Training systems based on simulation mathematical models allow to remotely teach for method of designing and control of the technological processes and installations in different modes of operation (nominal, optimal, emergency situations, reconfiguring to a new task), to study causalities in object of study, to carry out calibration calculations designed industrial facilities and etc. The use of structural and classified description of the objects of study and frame-based technologies make it possible to adjust the training sets for various industrial-governmental entities (the production of polymer films, high-temperature materials and products, nanostructured materials of different functional purposes). Represented in the examples of e-learning systems and training systems have been successfully tested in a number of international and Russian innovative industry enterprises and make it possible to improve product quality, reduce waste, and improve the environmental performance of production by raising the professional level of the staff.
