摘要
Knowledge has become an important factor in increasing combat effectiveness in modern warfare. Knowledge service plays a key role in achieving information domain and proceeding to decision superiority, which eventually leads to action superiority. This paper proposes a knowledge service framework for operational decision support based on concept knowledge tree. Through the analysis of operational decision-making process, knowledge and information relied when making decisions is summed up. And then the representation and organization of operational knowledge is completed by taking concept knowledge tree as a fundamental representation model. On this basis, a knowledge services framework is presented, which consists of concept ontology layer, knowledge architecture layer and knowledge service tools. Finally the application architecture for operational decision-making is designed.
