摘要：
The development of modern school physical education further indicates that physical education can not only build up body, but also effectively cultivate student mentality and morality, develop their intelligence, improve their mental quality, cultivate their taste, develop their personality and enhance various abilities for adaptation to future society. Physical education plays an apparently fundamental role in quality education.
