摘要
Muscles are tissues or organs of the body characterized by the ability to contract, usually in response to a nervous stimulus, every muscle is surrounded by a layer of tissue called epimysium. This tissue penetrates the muscle between the muscle bundles where it is called the perimysium and within the muscle bundle it is called the endomysium, the basic unit of every muscle is the myofibril, a very small threadlike structure made up of complex proteins. Physical exercise is an activity that all human beings develop, to varying degrees, during their existence, as a basis of their knowledge, meaning it is necessary to know the physiological mechanisms that serve as their basis, the tendency to exercise, rhythmic locomotor acts is a Natural tendency that has a rich affective tone, produces pleasure, these and other physiological factors are of great importance in exercise. In the development of the research, it is intended to analyze the development of muscles in physical exercise through the analysis of a case study called "Analysis of the application of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation patterns, its incidence in the muscular strengthening of the female team of Pichincha Power Lifting" and its subsequent quantification of the benefits, risks, positive and negative impacts of muscle strengthening.
