摘要
In this work, a meshless Galerkin method is used to simulate ductile fracture. The Gurson-Tvergaard-Needleman is used in the bulk material and a crack is introduced once a certain damage threshold is exceeded. The visibility criterion that modifies the particle connectivity based on the evolving crack surface morphology is used. Two problems are considered and numerical results are compared with experimental data. The numerical results show that the proposed meshless method works well.
