摘要：
The article is devoted to the problems of education of newly arriving migrants in the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the existing world experience in obtaining migrants certain knowledge, skills and competencies. Migrant education is given great attention in the West, but for Russia this topic is new. The authors of the article consider the first steps taken by the Russian government in this area. One of the latest global trends is an increase in family migration. This type of migration requires both adult employment and placement of children in various educational institutions, which, in turn, raises a number of additional questions about their legal status and its settlement
