Reheating furnace model system based on Message-Oriented Middleware

摘要
A reheating furnace model system is developed based on Message-Oriented Middleware (MOM), which includes four parts of real-time tracking process, temperature calculation process, temperature setting process and heat balance process. According to MOM, actual production information is acquired from the furnace control system, while values of temperature setting and air-fuel ratio are sent back to control system. Remote Procedure Call (RPC) is adopted for the communication between four different processes, as well as shared memory on managing common data structure such as furnace parameters and production status. A prototype system is deployed in a wire rod reheating furnace, along with six months production, as well as two other embedded thermocouple experiments. The verification reveals stability, responsibility, and validity.
