Strategy study on collaborative logistics

Collaborative logistics, important support of cooperative commerce activity, is the new logistics texture in modern economic transformation. This paper analyzes the new characteristic of logistics management in cooperative commerce era and builds collaborative logistics theory foundation, such as Cooperative Commerce Chain Management, Collaborative Knowledge Management and so on. It brings forward a resolving project from three aspects: organization form. functional service and information gate. Then the article sets up frame structure of collaborative logistics system in automobile industry. and places emphasis on discussion about model and operational mechanism of collaborative logistics distribution. The study provides strategy scheme to convey enterprise logistics from logistics service to value collaboration, and possesses great significance to application study on automobile industry logistics.
