摘要
Preliminary results of a muon spin relaxation study in a zero-held (ZF-mu SR) on Zn-doped high-Tc superconducting oxides, La(2)-(x)Sr(x)Cu(0.99)Zn(0.01)O(4), an reported Strong muon spin depolarization which was due to a magnetically ordered state was observed below 15 K around x = 0.115 at which the high-Tc superconductivity was anomalously suppressed. Slight enhancement of the depolarization behavior due to a magnetically instable state was observed below 10 K for x = 0.10 at which no sign of the existence of a long-range magnetic ordered state was observed in a non-Zn-doped system. The Zn-doping seems to enhance the magnetic correlation of the system around x = 0.115. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
