摘要
In terms of development, there are several concepts that define the typology of companies. Among the most common or the most frequently used there are: the industrial typology of developed countries - competitive states (states that promote domestic competition and stimulate the advanced opening of domestic markets) and economically developing countries (or that soared in the recent past) which prefer or used to prefer the model focused on developing states, where the State has a significant role in supporting national industries, by selectively opening domestic markets with the aim of stimulating local business through various policies. In both cases there is a lack of social capital that could decisively contribute to the defining of a social development model. Francis Fukuyama, one of the key opinion leaders engaged in the search for solutions to the second reforming cycle, talks about social capital in the following terms: the trust created inside society, the trust in institutions within society, social norms, the existence of interconnected networks and organizations that form an adequate environment of interaction inside society, representing a value in order to achieve individual and collective welfare.
