摘要：
In this paper a unified formulation of predictive control for switch-mode applications is presented. In this approach the on-off state of the switches is directly controlled by a digital processor. The state of the input switches is chosen at each sampling interval so that the difference between the reference state and the predicted state is minimized. The application of this theory is demonstrated on three switching circuits: Single-phase inverter, Buck regulator, and Buck-boost regulator. Both simulation and experimental results are included. Limitations and drawbacks of the predictive control are also discussed.
