摘要
Data on the cellulose structure and accessibility of its reaction centers for interaction with solvent molecules are summarized and correlated. A special emphasis is made on the effect of water on the interaction mechanism of the cellulose macromolecule with organic solvents, particularly tert-amine N-oxides.
