摘要：
We show that the jumping conics of Schwarzenberger's bundles [7] are the "circumscribed" conics to a given conic. Thanks to this result ive can understand what is a "circumscribed" singular conic. (C) 2001 Academie des sciences/Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier SAS.
