摘要：
Applying cross section data and time serial data, the essay analyses the performance assessment of high-tech new venture and relevant affecting factors to conclude that the performance improvement of high-tech new venture depends on a system of capitalized technology knowledge. Meanwhile, incentive contracts can be used to magnify the entrepreneur's and intellectual employees' influence on the continuous development of the enterprise.
