摘要：
Parameter estimation of frequency-magnitude curve was conducted to establish an appropriate probabilistic model for predicting large-scale natural disasters and labor accidents in construction works in Japan. The frequency-magnitude relationship of labor accidents and natural disasters can be described by a simple log-log linear relation. Using this relation, a probabilistic estimation such as the return period of an accident or a disaster having a specified magnitude of damage consequence was conducted.
