摘要
In order to diagnose the single-cylinder misfire on internal combustion engine (ICE), a misfire diagnosis method based on the rules of exhaust temperature fluctuation is presented. The eigenvalues under different temperature fluctuations are compared with the set threshold value and the fault diagnosis program of internal combustion engine misfire is established, which effectively avoids the false alarm caused by the sudden change of load. Finally, taking the synthesized exhaust gas temperature data of four-cylinder internal combustion engine as an example and the misfire diagnosis is conducted by the new method in this paper. The misfire pattern is successfully detected, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
