Magnetocrystalline anisotropy transition in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 films

摘要
The in-plane magnetic anisotropy of an epitaxial manganite La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 film on SrTiO3 was measured. A rotation of the easy axis direction from [110] below 330K to [100] above was observed. The first order magnetocrystalline anisotropy constant was determined and shows a zero crossing at 330 K. The coercive field has a plateau-structure in this temperature range.
