A research of statistical characteristic of rainfall data in Ka-band

摘要
Rain attenuation is the most dominant cause of signal degradation in satellite links operation in Ka-band. Presently, most domestic research is concentrated on propagation characteristic and relative physics characteristic in Ka-band, research of statistical characteristic of rainfall has not been developed. In this text first on the base of ITU-R rain predictive model the rainfall data of typical region in China is got. Second the statistical parameters of these rainfall data are got by means of linearity regression. Finally by using polynomial curve fitting method the fitting outcome is very approached.
