摘要
Sweden is one of the most equitable countries in the world. In the field of wage policy, centralized wage bargaining plays a very important role in reducing wage dispersion and securing employees get fair and equal pay. However, there are few studies about how employees reacted to centralized wage bargaining. In my paper, I want to investigate into this question.
