摘要：
The pharmacologic management of HFpEF is an evolving field. Symptomatic management with diuretics and optimization of comorbidities remain important components of therapy. Therapies such as ARB, ACEi, ARNI, MRA, and SGLT-2I have been shown to reduce HF hospitalization risk, particularly in lower ranges of LVEF within HFpEF. Ongoing trials and investigations of emerging agents have the potential to further inform the optimal medical regimen for patients with HFpEF.
