Innovation behavior of employees are related to the survival and development of the organization. Although a large number of studies on the relationship between organizational innovative climate and innovation behavior, but the empirical research on the relationship mechanisms from individual and interpersonal perspective is paid little attention to. Based on the survey of 183 employees, the paper test the role psychological capital and knowledge-sharing play within in it using SEM techniques. The results showed that organizational innovation climate has a positive effect on innovation behavior by means of psychological capital and knowledge-sharing, which means that psychological capital and knowledge-sharing play a mediating role between organizational innovative climate and innovation behavior.
