摘要
We demonstrate an ultracompact bandwidth tunable filter based on subwavelength grating (SWG) on silicon-on-insulator (SOT) wafer. A bandwidth tunability of similar to 6 nm is achieved and the length of coupling region is only 100 mu m. (C) 2019 The Author(s)
