摘要：
From the point of the imbalance of regional factors for foreign direct investment (FDI) in our country, the comprehensive evaluation on the regional decisive factors for foreign direct investment is taken from the angle of quantitative analysis with the SPSS statistical software and by the principal component analysis and factor analysis. We will select I I indexes for 30 provinces and cities to analyze predominance and deficiency of regional decisive factors for FDI in each province and city.
