摘要
This paper presents the 2x2 aperture coupled microstrip patch array antenna for C band application. The ACMPA antenna is designed, simulated and fabricated for Rogers TMM4 dielectric material having dielectric constant 4.5.The dimension the antenna is 91mm x 70mm. The S11 parameter of the antenna at 5.8GHz is -18 dB. Gain of the array antenna is 11 dB and -10dB bandwidth 130 MHz. The fabricated result gives 511 parameter of - 21dB with bandwidth of 110 MHz. The radiation pattern of the Patch array antenna consist of 25 deg Half power beam width(HPBW).
