摘要：

At starting from the analysis of the relative factors of S&T results transformation, the logical model of S&T results transformation is described and established. On the basis of logical model, the evaluation index system of S&T results transformation is constructed, as well as it builds the synthetic evaluation math model of S&T results transformation.
