摘要
The present work aimed to analyze how strategic planning is outlined and how it is applicable in the organizational management of a pharmacy chain in the city of Irati-PR. The research was characterized as qualitative, basic and descriptive. To collect the data, questionnaires were applied to employees and owners, as well as observations were made in order to analyze the aspects observed in bibliographic studies. As a result, some points observed in the practice of the organizational management of the pharmacy contained relations with the theory, such as: the planning itself for each decision-making, marketing, customer relationship, improvement of techniques and service, perception and prevention regarding the competition. For this, the managers used management resources from the theoretical search in the company's routine, allowing the pharmacy to remain at a high level of competitiveness. Therefore, it is noted that just as in theory, organizational management applied in day-to-day practices, in a rigid way, raises the organization's competitiveness, as it satisfies both the end customer that makes it competitive in relation to the competition and its employees who support the maintenance of competitiveness in the market.
