摘要：
Bullous haemorrhagic colitis due to secondary amyloidosis has a typical endoscopic appearance. In this article, we report a case-complicating myeloma. The haemorrhagic bullous lesions of secondary amyloidosis are thought to be due to the splitting of the mucosa and sub-mucosaby amyloid deposits and also to ischaemia resulting from amyloid angiopathy.
