摘要
Dynamic Optimal Dispatch (DOD) has long been recognized as an important issue in power system operation and should be considered in competitive electricity markets. This paper proposes a novel network flow model of DOD and applies nonlinear network flow method to its solution. Case studies show that the proposed model and algorithm have such merits as simplicity, generality, and rapidity.
