摘要
For the hull section, in order to ensure the balance and rhythm of the logistics operation and then match the logistics operation, it is necessary to optimize the designing according to the lean production concept, which is under the premise that the construction process is relatively fixed. This paper is based on the principle and method with leading type of work decomposition, with the help of the concept of lean production, and combined with the hull section construction practice, we studied the general rule about the leading type of work decomposition and approach and method for the decomposition of hull sections; At the same time, using the similarity theory, doing a research on the group of the task package and the decomposition of the hull of the ship hull which has been applied.
