摘要
At current phase, the incidence situation of liver cancer is not optimistic. In terms of liver cancer treatment, the first choice is the surgical treatment. But in the practical clinical operations, how to make accurate identification on the tumor margin is a problem very difficult to be solved by the medical circle. In recent years, the near-infrared fluorescence imaging technique is in relevantly frequent development, which creates a chance and possibility for the further settlement of the problem. On the basis of this clinical problem, a kind of new liver cancer targeting near-infrared nanoprobe of high sensitivity and high specificity can, combined with near-infrared fluorescence imaging technique, achieve the accurate identification of liver cancer and tumor margin, so as to provide the solution for this difficult problem.
