摘要
Findings of this experimental study indicate that unfair distributive justice perceptions resulted in increased feelings of anger, as predicted by equity theory, although emotional state did not influence task performance. Providing the participants with procedural justice by allowing them a voice in the decision process did not affect their performance, but providing interactional justice by explaining why specific consequences were received did improve their subsequent task performance.
