CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

Social responsibility is no longer just an additional tool for managing companies, but now is an integral part of character and culture of managing of any enterprise. The aim of the social responsibility of business is to create the conditions for sustainable development in social, economic, financial and environmental area. The priority of each company should be to create and develop sustainable relationships with all stakeholders - investors, employees, customers, suppliers, public institutions and society, but also with future generations. The aim of this article is to define the increasingly emerging trend of corporate social responsibility and environmental protection in terms of selected companies operating in the Slovak republic.
