摘要
Numerical simulation was carried out using AUTODYN 2D code to study the penetration behavior of cylindrical projectile and twin EFPs passing through water. The calculated results show that optimal initial velocity encountering the water is about 1000similar to1300m/s and 1500similar to1800m/s for tantalum and steel projectiles, respectively. One single charge with a double liner composed of a front steel liner and a rear aluminum liner can produce twin EFPs with tandem effect. In order to avoid any early interaction between two EFPs during the craterization phase of the precursor EFP, the velocity difference between precursor steel EFP and following aluminum EFP is about 300-400 m/s.
