摘要
The influence of the vapor-gas mixture composition on driving forces of zinc selenide deposition from the system Zn-H2Se-H-2-Se-2-Ar is considered. The universal characteristic of supersaturation, beta, related to the Gibbs free energy of deposition of one mole of zinc selenide by the expression beta = exp(-Delta GIRT), is used as a measure of the driving force. The reasons are discussed for the differences in, and relationship between beta values for different reactions and the influence of hydrogen selenide decomposition on the composition and supersaturation of vapor-gas mixture.
