摘要
MCM-41 and MCM-48 nanospheres were prepared by a modified Stober method. The obtained nanospheres were impregnated with concentrated aqueous of sucrose and the organic material carbonised inside the mesopores. After dissolution of the silica framework, mesoporous carbon with regular macro and mesopores with mean diameters in the ranges of 1 mu m, 60 and 40 angstrom were obtained. The specific surface area of the carbons and the uniformity of their mesopores was increased by increasing filling of the silica pores with the organic material.
