Along with the development of our socialist market economy and the advancement of economic restructuring, under the condition that the current management environment is complicated and changeable, the tradition financial management theory and the method have not been able to adapt the need of business financial management, which does not favor the business finance work' advance. The business financial management pattern's research is obtained accountant's attention day by day. Looking from the existing documents and materials, Enterprise financial management mode has a lot of, such as concentrate financial management mode, network financial management mode, knowledge type financial management mode, etc. With the fast development of the economy and gradual improvement of the market economic system in our country, enterprise's financial management mode is being changed progressively too. This paper sets out in terms of nowadays socialist market economy, analyzes the financial management pattern's current situation of our country, and proposes the ideal pattern which conforms to the current socio-economic development.
