摘要：
With a rapid development of our economy, we have more and more chances to communicate with people from other backgrounds, thus people with high proficiency of English are needed. This paper talks about the importance of developing intercultural communication competence in foreign language teaching and the methods teachers can use in teaching intercultural communication.
