摘要：

With the coming of 4G mobile Internet and the popularity of smart phones, enormous changes of the way people learn have occurred. Smart phone, with its easy portability and scalability, learning concept. The U-learning concept is introduced base on 4G mobile internet. From the following 3 aspects: smart phones, ubiquitous learning theory, social environment, this paper are to analyze supports of U-learning based on smart phones. And then, focusing on analysis of Wechat, education APP and other ubiquitous learning application case.
