Preparation and properties of Ge23Se67Sb10 glass

摘要
The preparation and properties of chalcogenide glass have been investigated in this paper. Compact Ge23Se67Sb10 glass with uniform structure has been obtained, which the density and Vickers hardness are 4.679 g/cm(3) and 1581 MPa, respectively. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis shows that the glass transition temperature and primary crystallization temperature are 261 +/- 2 degrees C and 402 +/- 1 degrees C, respectively. After Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer measurement, it is found that the transmission of glass is about 60% in the wavelength region of 2 to 15 mu m.
