The Role of Digital Transformation on Strategic Leader: A Systematic Literature Review

Digital transformation is the integration of digital technology into all aspects of a company's operations, resulting in a fundamental shift in how the company performs and adds value to its consumers. It has an impact on business models, operational procedures, and the customer experience, and it provides benefits in these areas. Furthermore, when digital transformation is applied to all aspects of business operations, some industries have a greater probability of developing with more scenarios in the future as compared to others. The purpose of this study is to review the available literature on the role of digital transformation on strategic leaders. The result of this study is to assess the influence of digital transformation on strategic leaders in an organization. In general, digital transformation is the process of making use of new technological opportunities to add value to an organization's operations and increase its competitive advantage over its competitors.
