Along with the economic growth of our country and the urbanization accelerating, the city size expands constantly, the up-to-dateness rises increasingly and the urban land demand exceeds supply. Thus it has gradually become the focus of attention that how to utilize the urban underground space reasonably and effectively. Meanwhile, the disaster prevention of urban underground space utilizing, especially the subsidence, becomes important particularly. In this text, it uses "3s" technique to compute and analyze in real-time on the basis of the change of urban surface spatial data, to reflect the occurred deformation immediately and accurately, to predict and forecast the deformation in the air, and to eliminate the hidden danger that poses environmental hazards in case of accident, combining with the features of utilizing urban underground space, by analyzing the provoking cause of subsidence that aroused in the process of exploiting urban underground space.
