Contribution to identification of the dynamics of boom's swing mechanism of bucket wheel with hydrostatic transmission of excavator power

摘要
Bucket wheel excavators, used in continuous mining-haulage system, and especially hydrostatic transmission excavators,are still insufficiently researched complex machines. Masives and elastic elements and assemblies have a major influence on the structural characteristics of the bucket wheel excavator as a complex mining machine. Furthermore, the specific nature of the working process cause external variable loads what results in additional stresses and vibrations in the structural elements and in the drive, transmission and mechanisms of bucket wheel excavators. Based on the exploitation and functional characteristics of the excavator and established dynamic model, it was obtained a graphics in order to visualise the flow of changes of the angular velocity of the drive engines and of the mobile mechanisms. With such a presentation of the hydrostatic transmission excavator drives and mechanisms and with the analysis of obtained results it is reached a precondition for elimination of the unwanted occurrences and for improvement of the excavator working performances.
