摘要：
By constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional and using the method of linear matrix inequality, a stability condition for global asymptotic stability of discrete-time Hopfield neural network with delays is provided. The condition obtained in this paper is simple in the form and easy to be verified in practice. A numeric simulation is given to show the efficiency of the result.
