The Problems and Countermeasures Research on Capital Structure of China's Power Industry

At present, China's growing capital market provides a good foundation to the financing needs of power industry. Only taking full advantages of the available resources in the capital market, optimizing its own capital structure, and improving the level of corporate governance and business performance, can power industry ease the pressure of electricity supply of the entire national economy and accelerate the sustainable development of itself. In this thesis, we have made an in-depth exploration and research on the status quo and existing problems, causes and countermeasures of capital structure of China's power industry.
