摘要
The paper presents the analysis of the natural frequency of thin-walled open section composite beams. Vlasov's classical theory of thin-walled beams is modified to include both the transverse shear and the restrained warping induced shear deformations. A simplified, approximate solution is also presented, in which the effect of the shear deformations are considered by Foppl's theorem. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
