摘要：
The research on the electronic business modes is an important project of the manufacturing information engineering. Based on the research results of present electronic business modes outside and inside our country, also with the investigations of local manufacturing enterprises and their situation of developing information engineering, this paper proposes some electronic business developing modes and their system structures, which meet the requirements of local manufactures, and also analyzes these modes with the value chain theory.
