Diagnostics for Electromagnetic Conditions in the Heliosphere by Cosmic Ray Effects

摘要
We review some results of diagnostics for the electromagnetic characteristics of the heliosphere and of the Earth magnetosphere within the model for cosmic ray modulation by large-scale heliospheric electromagnetic fields. The results were obtained through the spectrographic global survey from ground-based cosmic ray observations at the worldwide network of neutron monitors.
