摘要：

The employment situation of Hebei province is becoming increasingly serious. The industrial structure has a great influence on employment structure which also can affect the development of the industrial structure. In this paper, the employment elasticity and the annual proportion of production value of three industry from 2004 to 2013 are calculated. The results show that the employment structure of three industry has optimized gradually since 2004, the level of employment elasticity in Hebei province is stable as a whole but with some fluctuations, and the employment elasticity remains to be improved. Finally, in this paper some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of employment elasticity in Hebei province in order to promote employment.
